Creative Direction & AI Content Design — Video, Flyer & Social Campaign
A breathwork workshop campaign built around a single idea: finding the treasures within. Drawing on the Temple of Aesculapius as a symbol of healing and descent, I directed an AI-generated video and flyer system for a female, age-agnostic audience. The goal: clear communication with a level of design that honored the facilitators' backgrounds in architecture and fine art — delivered lean, as a test of market interest before a full launch.
The Challenge
The client had a female, age-agnostic audience in mind but no strategic brief to work from — one facilitator had already sketched a flyer concept that didn't translate to digital formats. The visual language needed to carry the emotional weight of breathwork while staying neutral, inclusive, and refined enough to speak to women of any age.

Client-Provided Color Palette, Generated with Claude
Working from Carol's sketch and palette, I generated imagery in Midjourney while building a Pinterest moodboard to keep the aesthetic aligned. Early outputs skewed unsophisticated, so I iterated toward a more photorealistic approach.
To guide Midjourney, I referenced architecture, fashion, and photography of women across ages — grounding the outputs in classical forms echoing the Temple of Aesculapius and a refined, editorial tone true to the audience. I brought the final imagery into Canva as editable flyer and video templates the client could adapt independently.
The Impact
The campaign launched with an intro session — a test run before advertising the full three-day workshop. The marketing and flyers drew real audience feedback on the workshop's length and pricing, giving the facilitators the insight they needed to step back and rethink the offer before committing to a full launch. The engagement also delivered a complete, reusable asset system — video, flyer templates, and social content — ready to adapt when they reconvene.
